Terms of Service

1. Service Description

HJS provides an infrastructure service for recording and anchoring AI decision hashes to blockchain. We do not process or store the actual content of your decisions—only cryptographic hashes.

2. SLA Commitment

We commit to the following service levels:

• Availability: 99.9% uptime for judgment recording API
• Response Time: <100ms p95 for API requests
• Data Durability: 99.999999999% (11 nines) for stored records

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for:

• Illegal activities or violations of applicable laws
• Storing actual personal data (only hashes are permitted)
• Abuse, harassment, or harmful content
• Attempting to breach security measures

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your data. Decision hashes stored on our platform remain your property. Blockchain anchors are immutable and public by design. You grant us a license to store and process your hashes solely for the purpose of providing the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

HJS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for the accuracy of your decision records.

6. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except for immutable blockchain anchors which cannot be removed.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
